Well This Is Certainly Good News!

Napping can save your life!
"A six-year Greek study found that those who took a 30-minute siesta at least three times a week had a 37% lower risk of heart-related death."
I'm willing to bet that taking a nap on the beach lowers that risk even further. I'd be more than happy to participate as a test subject.

Hmm, but having been to greece and understanding the climate there, I can see why this would apply there but less say in a place with aclimate like englands..
also with AC here in the US less applicable...
Don't you hate it when a dorky scientist gets agrieved by silly statistics and pokes holes in them...
tough it be what i do for a living...

I have that study pinned up in my cube in case anyone catches me sleeping. then I can just tell them that by waking me up, they're killing me
